For nerves (restless legs)  you can also take Theamine daily.  Medical survey gave people 600 mg..  I suggest slowly increasing dosage from 100 mg per day. In studies it improved all immunosuppression diseases,  nerve damage and mylon sheath protection.

Again, this is thiamine, not theamine.  It's Vitamin B1.  As this person made another post about this that had some info that needed more explanation, it's possible this one does too, though I can't say I know.  Peace.
Thank you. I myself purchased some benfotiamine from Amazon. Benfotiamine is the lab version (easily absorbed version) of B1 (thiamine). Sorry. I can't edit the post above, but yes it is vitamin B1. I highly suggest! I myself also eat less meals in the day to increase my body's ability to use insulin. I also went on keto. No sugar. Because I am Native American. I am predisposed to diabetes. I suggest watching Dr. Berg videos on YouTube. You'll learn a lot, and feel better. He is very detailed.
Look, anyone can learn things.  You can have your formal education in one thing and spend a lot of time studying other things and become very well versed in them.  People who have advanced degrees learn how to learn.  That being said, Dr. Berg is a chiropractor, and his only expertise by training is therefore doing spinal adjustments.  He is mostly in the supplement selling game.  He has no formal expertise in nutrition.  Again, this doesn't mean he isn't the cat's meow of dieting.  I don't know.  I would just warn anyone else who might read the above post that she is directing you to someone who believes in fads, which have never proven yet to work long-term and can be harmful long-term, who is mostly in the business of selling supplements he has not expertise in and which are sold direct by him and so we have no idea if they are safe to take or not as is the case with all direct-marketed supplements.  I will repeat, this doesn't mean he hasn't learned a ton legitimately, but buyer of what he is selling beware.  I'm sure he does a fine spinal adjustment, though, for whatever that's worth.  Peace.

Weight gain is a common side effect of Neurontin (gabapentin).  Weight loss a most common side effects of Topamax.  Crestor side effects include nerve pain and nerve damage.  Cholesterol is needed for healthy nerve and brain function.  Vitamin B12 in methylcobalmin form is recommended to help with nerve regeneration.
