Weather In Temperatures Feel Colder Than In Forecast!

My name Ashley.  I live in Stafford/Fredericksburg Virginia, and I'm an aspiring advocate for women's health and general well-being which might one day lead to becoming a nurse and midwife.  Well anytime the temperature 48 degrees or even at 50 degrees feels much colder than the weather forecast.  Does anyone ever feel the weather forecast is inaccurate sometimes?  Especially when it could in the  30s,20s or 10s,etc.

Not sure what your question is about.  Are you only experiencing this when outdoors or do you also experience it indoors, where the thermostat says one thing and your body says another?  Some people are like that -- some of us run warm and some of us run cold.  For most of my life I've run warm, whereas my wife runs cold -- her hands and feet are always cold and even in the warm months when she goes out she covers up because she's always cold indoors with the AC going.  Just is who we are.  She calls me the furnace.  So this just might be who you are.  As to the weather, I've found that as climate change proceeds apace the weather forecasters are flying blind.  Storms can pop up any time.  Winds can pop us anytime.  Every day in yard care season there's a good chance of rain predicted because there are always clouds forming and upheaval in the Gulf of Mexico.  Never stops anymore.  It's almost Thanksgiving and the trees in my neighborhood have been dropping leaves every day since August because they are stressed by the hot weather and the high amount of rain, yet few of the trees have dropped most of their leaves yet because it's just too warm still.  We have to mow the lawn into December when it used to be freezing and snowy.  This is happening all over the world, so the forecast you're seeing isn't very accurate and it might in fact be wrong and be colder than what you'd expect because of excess wind and variable humidity.  When it's really humid, 47 is quite warm, and when it's not, it's chilly.  So you might be feeling this.  I am.  But it might just be you.  If this is new to you, you might look at your activity levels -- if you used to exercise more, you had blood flowing more than you do now and so you'd feel colder now.  If you used to be outdoors a lot and aren't anymore, you might also not be accustomed anymore to being outdoors on a cool day doing things and so it feels colder.  In other words, look at all the things going on in your life and in the world and see if that makes sense before concluding it's something wrong with you, but if you're cold a lot it could be a circulatory problem and it's also a problem with some anxiety sufferers.
