I sometimes wake up 4 to 5:30AM. The only thing that works for me is Theanine Serene by Source Naturals. It has Magnesium, GABA, Taurine, L-Theanine, Relora(a blend of some herbs) and Holy Basil Leaf. If I can't go back to sleep after 1/2 hour, I take two of the above pills and will fall back to sleep in 1/2 hour. Since it is a vitamin with a few herbs, it is not addictive like some medicines are. I will sleep a few hours more with it. In the health food store it was expensive but I just ordered it from vitaminlife.com and it was only about $20 for 120 tablets. Real savings!
