Corners of Lips Feel Strange

Hello- I have had the strangest sensation the past two days in regards to the corners of my lips. I feels as though the corners are heavy or "stuck together" when I talk. There is no pain or numbness but the sensation makes me self consious when I am talking because my mouth just feels like I am not opening my mouth all the way. I do not know if I am being over-attentive to this, which makes it worse because I notice it more or if it is something I should get checked out. Any advice you can offer would be great.

Thanks,
K

I don't notice any salivary pools at the corner of my lips (in fact they feel kind of dry but no cracks or lesions) but i have noticed that spit seems to gather along the insides of my mouth more than usual. The droppy lip feeling is just so odd but when I am distracted, I don't notice it. I feel like I am obsessing about it but no one else has noticed anything wrong with how I talk or how my mouth looks.

Dear K
Are there any lesions, discolorations, cracks? Did you change lipstick, balm etc.?
Do you notice salivary pool at corner of lips? If all is negative, I would not worry about it too much.
