21 year old afraid of chf?

I am a 21 year old female with severe health anxiety, ptsd, and a history of heart palpitations. I recently went to the er for persistant palpitations which have yet to go away. They did an ekg, listened to my heart, and did blood preasure, pulse etc. I was panicked and was diagnosed with nothing but tachycardia. They wrote it up to stress. I also have a feeling like i need to cough and a tight feeling in my throat. I am a powerlifter and have been afraid to work out much. My workouts have been fine other than today i did early without eating much and got dizzy, which gave me panic. The cough is worse when i lay down. I plan on going to see a cardiologist too to get an xray or echo. I am so afraid of chf, i have a very healthy diet and workout regularly. I once had barely low potassium and an abnormal ekg, a year ago. They told me to take a supplement and get a gatorade or vitalyte. I dont want to have chf, i am so afraid of it and dont want to die early. I love lifting and am so afraid i will be chronically ill.

I think your main issue is anxiety that is making you unnecessarily worry about health issues that you don't have. Are you seeing any specialist for that?
