I know my reply is a wee bit late but yes, congestive heart failure can be seen on an Echo. How do I know this? Because I LITERALLY just had an Echo today to see if I had congestive heart failure. I won't know the results until Monday...but I am crossing my fingers for good news.
thank you for that information.
I think the effects of congestive heart failure would be visible on a echocardiogram, but the term Congestive Heart Failure, at least in my case, is used as a name to cover several symptoms. Such as: profound swelling, shortness of breath, etc.
