What did my friend actually die from? Autopsy results below

Could someone please translate these Autopsy results for me? I.  Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease;  A.  Left anterior descending artery 40-50% narrowing  B.  Right Coronary Artery 10-20% narrowing  C. Left Circumflex Artery 10-20% narrowing  
II.   Dilated Cardiomyopathy  A.  Cardiomegaly 530g,  B.  Left Ventricular dilation 6 cm  
III  Pleural adhesions, bilateral  
IV.  Splenic capsule adhesions and focal calcification

then it went onto the toxicology portion of ther report but could someone please tell me what any of that means  ????

Not a doctor but I thinking your friend died from Dilated Cardiomyopathy it's a heart muscle disease the outcome usually not good you can live with it but not long my condolences to you.
