Could I have CHF?

I am 35 years old and a mother of 3. I work a desk job, inside and it requires very little physical labor. I have put on about 100 pounds in the last 11 years and it is getting increasingly more difficult to move and breathe. I weigh about 230 and am 5'7. I have asthmatic bronchitis. My body is always sore. Everywhere. 24/7. My left foot swells, and quite honestly I am just fed up with my dr. It took up until last month for him to admit that he didn't know why I was gaining weight. -My last visit I gained 9 pounds from the prior visit only 3 weeks earlier. I am not depressed. I am not pregnant. I do not eat much junk food. I drink close to a gallon of water a day bc I am always thirsty. I am not diabetic. My ent did blood work and I am allergic to eggs, milk, soy, yeast, wheat, corn, and chocolate (see, told you I don't eat a lot of junk food!). I often feel sob, but sat in the upper 90s. I do not have high blood pressure for someone my age, but it has increased and is high for what used to be my baseline. I was a swimmer. I was in the band. I did sports, and grew up in the mountains with a very active and healthy lifestyle. My dr has told me in the past that I am depressed bc I am not as pretty as I was before I got pregnant.- that thought never occurred to me. He said I cant lose weight bc I have no social reason to do so. -I just want to feel like me again. I'm a fairly reasonable person, pretty down to earth and often am accused of "mothering" people... I'm not exactly concerned about my looks. -But I hurt and I can't breathe. My chest feels heavy. I am all around puffy. My dr says I am fine bc my blood is fine. Seriously? He finally said that he would refer me to someone and asked who I want to go see... but I don't know! I am beginning to think a cardiologist. Does this sound familiar to anyone else?

Don't know how useful, but I feel like I have too much blood (?) and while my face is red, my lips have negative color and my legs tingle. Just wanted to add these fun items, too. Hoping there is someone else out there like me.

Hi.
Just read your question. Are you still around the forum? Ask to see a cardiologist, who will do some tests. If you climb 1 stairs and you are winded gasping for air that is usually a sign.
The thing with CHF weight creeps up on you and part of the weight is water weight.
