I am concerned I have symptoms of congestive heart failure, but no insurance.

I am a 40 year old female with no known heart or serious health issues.
I have dealt with anxiety my whole life, so chest pain is pretty common for me but it has gotten significantly worse in the past year. Also, I have had numbness and discomfort in my left arm for months now as well as numbness and a tingling feeling in my jaw frequently. Until now I contributed both of these to nerve problems because my back was out of line.
Last week my feet and ankles began swelling like they did when I developed toxemia during my pregnancies (18 + years ago.) I thought it was because I overdid it and was on my feet too long. But I stayed off my feet an entire day and they still swelled.
A friend who is a nurse said that swelling like I have could be a sign of congestive heart failure, but I'm only 40. I didn't think I was old enough but I'm reading that is not at all the case.
After reading about the symptoms, I also recognized that the nausea I have on a daily basis and not being able to take a full breath in and waking up unable to catch my breath could also be symptoms of congestive heart failure.
I have no idea how to get diagnosed or cleared without any health insurance, but I am very concerned and I guess, just looking for any advice or similar experiences.
Thanks in advance!

Do yourself a huge favor, and don't stress yourself out with a lot of unnecessary worrying until you find out the facts.
Matthew 6:25-27 “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?
