Is it possible for an EF of 20% to jump to 60% in 4 months?

ECHO summary On 09/07/2017 :

The left ventricle is mildly enlarged. Left ventricular systolic performance is severely reduced. The ejection fraction is estimated to be 20%.
There is severe global reduction in left ventricular systolic performance.
There is mild to moderate mitral insufficiency.
Normal right ventricular size and systolic performance.
There is mild left atrial enlargement.

ECHO summary on 01/02/2018:
· Left ventricle ejection fraction is normal. The estimated left
ventricular ejection fraction is 60%.
· When compared to the previous study dated 9/7/2017, there has been
complete recovery of LV systolic function.

Female, 42, 130lbs,
My pulse is always in the 80-90 range, I forget to take medication at least twice a week and I never take them at the same time every day, I smoke (4-5 cigarettes/day) I don't exercise, I drink espresso daily, drink socially, and my diet is not the best.  
Medications:

ENTRESTO 24-26 mg Tab - 1tablet twice a day
Carvedilol - I started out on 6.25 2x/day, now up to 25mg 2x/day
Furosemide for 2 weeks in the beginning
