To increase your Vit D I would advise to take about 5000 IU of D3
daily for about 1 month. Then reduce to 2000 IU daily. Try to reach above 50.

To raise your vitamin D level, eat or drink dairy, and spend time in the sun. In your case, you would be wise to eat or drink low or nonfat dairy, though.
Hope the best for you.

Hi,
Breathlessness, chest pain upon exertion and generalized weakness are symptoms of heart failure. As, your EF suggests you are on the lower borderline EF and have the risk factors which can deteriorate your condition. Firstly you should get evaluated for breathlessness. For this you should get a check of renal parameters, Assessment of amount fluid intake, dose correction of diuretics etc to reduce dyspnea, as well as improve functioning of the heart by relieving pressure on it. Smoking and alcohol should be avoided.
Also, to improve blood circulation for heart you should consider stenting for RCA. I would recommend that you discuss with your cardiologist regarding this and follow his advise. Best.
As long as you are symptom free it will depend from your blood pressure, however as long as you have symptoms I would stay away of alcohol.
Jesus
Thanks for your suggestions. Can i take 100 ml Whisky ?
I am not able to find info on some of the medication that you mention, however, are all of those set by the same single cardiologist??
Without been a dr., it calls my attention:
1) Nitro twice a day, I though that in that way you get used to it and later on will not have effect.
2) An PPI (Pantocid) and Clopidogrel (Clovipas). It has been discussions about the interactions between them.
3) I do not see any BetaBlocker, but it can be between the meds. that I do not find info about.
In the other hand,
1) It seems that you are suffering from Cardic Failure, this is what your medication is for, and short of breath is a typical symptom of it.
2) Some of the medications that you are taking (like storvas), might have as a side effect chest pain. However pain in hands and jaws are more typical of angina.
What I can advise you is:
For the short of breath: Suppress salt intake, discuss the possibility to increase diuretics (amifru)
For the pain: Discuss with dr.the possibility of further blockages, even if the stent are OK. Discuss the possibility to increase nitro in the morning. Eat 5-7 SMALL meals per day to avoid large digestions. Avoid too hot or too cold baths. Review side effects of all medications.
