Please help me

So I have been on blood pressure medication for 2 years (I’m 32, 40mg of nadolol and 20 mg lisinopril) and lexapro and brupopion for my anxiety and ddepresseion.
A few weeks ago I went on a trip and 10 days ago I got diarrhea and a little dehydratated. Started getting orthostatic  hypotension, a lot, every single time I stood up I got dizzy for like 15 seconds. I told my blood pressure and is 85/55. Very low, I’m obese and even with my medication is usually 130/85, so I stopped taking the medication, but it’s been a week and it is still the same, I’m eating more and went to the director and they told me it was something in my stomach and got antibiotics and probiotics but that’s it. A few days later my Bp I still 85/59 and I’m scared... obviously I haven’t started taking the lisinopril or nadolol Again, but I’m afraid I’m gonna get heart failure... I have a doctor appointment in 5 days. Any advice?
