is this cardiomyopathy?

I had ep study and results were left ventricular mid cavity obliteration. Previous echo mild left ventricular septal hypertrophy, left ventricular diastolic dysfunction grade 2, mild tricuspid regurgitation, mild mitral valve regurgitation. I had light ablation for accelerated junctional rhythm, I have 10 year history of svt with heart rate up to 220, prolonged qt with interval of 503 when heart rate was 66., pvcs, pacs. Am experiencing shortness of breath, lightheadedness, arrythmias, and feeling very tired at times I have memory loss and confusion. I am on flecanide and metoporol. I had flu in October and also put on simvastatin symptoms of junctional rhythm started in same time frame. Do I have cardiomyopathy? And how serious is all this. Ep showed great arteries and I've stopped simvastatin as I thought this might be the problem with junctional rhythm. Sometimes feels like war going on in my chest and takes my breath away.

Thank you for your information. I just saw ep doc and he says he will try me on Norpace 100 mg bid for 2 weeks taking me off flecanide and if no improvement then he wants to put atrial lead pacemaker.the accelerated jun tional rhythm is the most problematic for me as am very symptomatic though since ablation episodes are not as severe. I have on occasion about 5 times in last few weeks woke up very dizzy and in fact dizziness woke me up! At times I feel somewhat  confused and have noted memory loss. He says top part of heart is not beating and showed me where there was just a "nub" where should have been a tall beat had alternating wide and narrow complexes. He had me stop metropolol and flecanide for 4 days and episodes of jun tional rhythm decreased but psvt was unbearable and took half dose to keep heart in check. Would it be dangerous for me to not get pacemaker and try to live with this or would not getting pacemaker be dangerous?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, as you have multiple problems in the heart, its difficult to predict the exact cause for your symptoms. Your symptoms may not be due to cardiomyopathy. Cardiomyopathy is a disease of abnormal heart muscle. There are three main types of cardiomyopathy, dilated, hypertrophic and restrictive. You will need to check with your doctor, please consult him for a complete evaluation. Regards.
