The Diastolic at 126 isn't so bad, but the systolic of 92 is considered high, these numbers are the pressure at its most and least on your arteries.
I believe this could be an issue for the dizziness/nausea.
Does this happen when you change the direction of you head and eyes---if so it could be an inner ear problem..that will make you dizzy/nausea even loose you balance.

Hi,
Common causes for dizziness with nausea include high blood pressure, vertigo, food poisoning, smoking, depression or anxiety, gastroenteritis etc. Certain drugs like antibiotics, birth control pills etc can cause these symptoms. You should get a check of your pressures with 3 consecutive readings for further conclusion on this. It could even be due to low blood sugars. Hope this helps. Best.
