scan results

I just had a nuclear scan and stress test of the heart. The nuclear scan showed a hypokinetic med anterior wall. My ejection fraction is 67%. Does this suggest a prior heart attack, and, if so, how concerned should I be? My good and bad cholesterol is low. I have type II diabetes. I also had an echocardiogram recently that was normal.
