Hi there

Hi doctor, may i please ask you something.I spoke to a HIV specialist and he told chances are nil,i just have to ask You too just to understand.

If i have a very small peeled cut(long 3 mm and wide 2 mm)with a small blood drop comming out of it(not bleeding on the finger just on the top of the cut)and what if i accidently rub it hard just for a second with a deep cut on HIV possitive person. What are the chances for me to infect with AIDS and HEPATITIS C?I know my cut has to be deep and huge so that it can enter my bloodstream but is it possible it to enter trough the small peeled cut i describe just with one small drop of blood on it by rubbing it  for second with deeper hiv cut? THANKS

This question should be posed to an infectious disease specialist versed in HIV and Hep C transmission, not a plastic surgeon.
