eyelid surgery....
Hi, im 16 and considering facial surgery, im not sure wether i can have it a 16 though? im particularly interested in blephoplastry surgey (if i spelt it right) for my upper eyelids, i have quite a lot of loose skin above my eyes, and they make my eyelids go downwards, and ive noticed in the light at the end of my eye on the upper eyelid there are lumps of skin on both eyes, and a roll of skin if im just relaxing my face. do you think it would be neccessary to get this surgery? it does make me self conscious aot of the time to. Could you tell me what id have to do to get this and the minimum age aloud for it? thankyou :)
