My son is five years old and was diagnosed with Crohns last week. I know the day he started complaining of pain and know that it was right after a bout with strep and 10 days of medicine. Ever since, he had been complaining of pain to the point his little frame lost too much weight to have to go to the hospital. He weighed 41pounds just last month and dropped to 35 after diagnosis. ANY PARENT have a child so young that was diagnosed???? I feel for all the sufferers that have posted comments so far, but have trouble finding any one diagnosed so early in life....
