Negative double scope and rectal bleed

My 11 year old diabetic daughter has had 2 negative scopes but continues with rectal bleeding and loose stools, she has blisters on lips, inflammation in her knees, high inflammatory markers and high faecal calprotectin levels x what do i do? No diagnosis is forthcoming but she is unwell and has been for 14 months
