Possible Crohn's disease

Since I was a child I've had irregular bowel movements and stomach pain. I'd eat, then have bad diarrhea. To give a brief medical history, I'm currently 24 years old, when i was 13 I started to visit a doctor for growth hormones because I had stopped growing. I took shots every night for about 4-5 years and grew taller (5' 10" currently) but never really ever put on weight (137lbs for about the last 7 years) I don't look unhealthy just a slim guy.

Today I've had six bowel movements all of which were diarrhea, stomach pain through out the day, and I don't have much of an appetite. A couple years ago I visited the doctor and he said I had a very low vitamin D count and prescribed me vitamin D supplements.

The stomach pain and regular diarrhea is an everyday occurance, usually I have a bowel movement in the morning, maybe one if i eat breakfast that day, usually it will occur about 20-30 min after i eat a small or large meal. Some days I can go with having a normal bowel movement and I'll feel fine, but that's rare.

I used to see blood in my stool when I was about 16-20, but i haven't seen that in a long time, I do smoke marijuana which does give me an appetite and settles my stomach before and after eating. I don't drink regularly, maybe a few drinks with friends but I'd rather be the DD.

Do I have Crohn's? A different problem? I've been tested for IBS, wheat allergies, all of which came back negative. I'm really getting tired of having diarrhea and an upset stomach all the time. Help :)

Sounds like it could be Crohn's.  Have you seen a gastroenterologist and had a colonoscopy?
