Spasm in Crohns

I forgot to add,does anyone with crohns or colitis ever have stomach spasm that goes into the bottom area? I have a constant spasm in the left side of my stomach just under my ribs that never goes away,sometimes its like another heart bbeat. I have told the docs and they say sometimes it happens but whatever it is is definetely not suppose to be happening.  I take zofran,dicyclimine,& compazine but nothing helps it. Thankyou
