Does this sounds like Crohns disease?

My fiancé has been having stomach pains. Its below his stomach is where it hurts. (his intestines on the right side) He feels constipated. He went to the Dr and had a MRI, CT, Endoscopy and Colonoscopy done but they cant find anything. One of his Dr's said they did a Crohns test but was negative.

usually Crohn's or colitis have symptoms of loose bowels. If they had either, there would be evidence of it- also- the Crohn's test is pretty accurate-

forgot to mention- usually with things like Crohn's and Colitis, you'll lose a lot of weight as you body doesn't give you enough time ot properly digest the food because it's going through too fast- but that is when the disease is advanced- if you aren't having mucus or blood in stool, then it's likely not Crohn's- there is a simple stool test that can determine very accurately if you have it- think it's called cologuard or something like that- ask doc about it-

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thanks for your question. I think Nazreth434 has given you valuable information.  Here is information on cologuard. https://www.webmd.com/colorectal-cancer/home-test-colon-cancer-cologuard#1  It is done at home and much easier than more invasive things like colonoscopy.  Cologuard is mainly indicated for detection of colon cancer but that is something to ask the doctor about.  Here is information on diagnosing Crohn's Disease linked here https://www.webmd.com/ibd-crohns-disease/crohns-disease/crohns-disease-diagnosis#1  The doctor would first likely do a physical exam and go from there with other needed testing.

In reading your full question, your partner has had a good deal of testing.  Has the diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome been mentioned? There seems to be some commonality with the symptoms of that in the information you've presented.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/irritable-bowel-syndrome/symptoms-causes/syc-20360016  Give that a read and let me know what you think.

Hi Sara- perhaps it isn't cologuard- It was a test liek that though- I just had to supply a sample and drop it off at hospital- and it is supposed to detect if Crohn's is active or not, and is supposed to be really pretty accurate- it's a newer test- (Sure wish i had had them back  n the 80's and 90's lol)
.
I think the following might be the test i had- but I'm not sure- soudns liek it was though- it measures calprotectin, which is present when IBD or Crohn's or related illnesses are present in intestines
.
https://www.ibdrelief.com/learn/what-is-faecal-calprotectin-test-for-ibd
.
"Higher levels of faecal calprotectin - which is a protein biomarker - are associated with active inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Lower levels of calprotectin could indicate another issue which is causing inflammation (see below).

Faecal calprotectin testing helps clinicians distinguish between inflammatory bowel issues and non-inflammatory bowel issues (such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)) of the lower gastrointestinal tract. In recent years it has become a more common way of measuring intestinal inflammation. It is a cheaper and is less invasive test than endoscopy."
