Accutane and Crohn's

Anyone here get their Crohn's after taking Accutane for acne ?  Apparently an association has been found and some lawsuits are being successful. I got my first symptoms about two months after finishing the drug cycle. Just curious if anyone else experienced this with Accutane ?

You're story is exactly like mine. Just Google "Accutane lawsuits" and you'll find a few lawyers who are taking this on. This is an awful thing to get, and the drug companies knew this was going on. Good luck !

Yes, I had mild acne when I was younger and my dermatologist gave me Accutane, a few months later I was in severe abdominal pain, fever, very weak and ended up in the emergency room originally diagnosed with appendicitis only to find out my appendix was perfect at which point they found the diseased portion of the small intestine and diagnosed me with Crohn's.  Initially, I had frequent flare ups and was constantly under medication, but slowly and with the help of the Famous Dr. Adkins (the same one as the diet) I was able to eliminate all the medication and keep the illness under control.  A lot of vitamins and a very restricted diet is what has helped me along the way.    I spend 10 years with almost no symptoms.  But over the course of the last 2 years I have started to have slight flare-ups and most recently stomach gurgling everytime I drink sodas or eat large portions of food.   Anyway where can I get information on the law suit.

Thanks
