Pouchitis help

I have had my J Pouch for 12 years and just recently I have had regular flair ups of pouchitis. I have been on CIPRO off and on for almost 6 months! I am looking for prevention tips or other treatments to control pouchitis. Any ideas out there?

that is exactly how i am at the moment did you empty when you had eaten sooner than before you had i an o codeine and imodium make any differnt as at this time nothing is even fasting isnt helping
