Okay so i got my last period March 21, 2018 and has sexual intercourse with a guy March 28 and the 29 however, he did not nut inside of me and the second time he went in did couple strokes then applied a condom. On April 2, I drank a hot Guiness beer which kills the sperm within a certain amount of time even though he didn't ejaculated in me then on April 5 I had sex with my boyfriend unprotected and he nut inside of me is there any possible way of who the father might be??

Hi, nicey, I also get April 3 or 4 for conception, along with your doctor. That is just a bit late for the guy on the 28 and 29 to be the dad.

Thing is, it is a near thing. It would not take much for the first guy to have a chance, whether he ejaculated or not. (Sperm can come down on pre-ejaculatory fluid. He doesn't need to ejaculate.) Obviously, you will need to do a DNA test when the baby comes to be entirely sure. Does your boyfriend know he was not the only one in that time period?

It wouldn't matter. The sperm to worry about from pre-ejaculate is sperm that begins in the man's urethra and comes out on the pre-ejaculatory fluid.  After the baby is born, I would certainly test with that guy just to be sure. Your ultrasound was not early enough to totally rule out every single possible chance that he is the dad.

Did a non-invasive paternitt test with DDC and it indicates the other boy is excluded fron being the biological father even though i got the results i wanted im still a little scared because lately i've been reading reviews about DDC and they did not include no charts in my report just the probability, name of me and the other guy, and the conclusion. I just hope these results are accurate

This is why I always suggest testing with both guys. If the woman is nervous, she is going to be less convinced by testing one guy and getting a negative, than testing with two guys and getting a negative for one and a positive for the other. One man's test result backs up the other.

Some women test with Ravgen. They can do a "discreet test," using a swab of the edge of a drinking glass or a toothbrush, on the guy the woman doesn't want to tell that a DNA test is needed.  

Since what you described suggests April 3 or 4 for conception, and since you got a test from the DDC ruling out the guy from March 29, I think in your shoes I would try to let the worry go for now. I would, however, test again once the baby comes, and this time would test with both guys.

Those ultrasounds suggest an earlier conception about April 1st, which puts the 28/29 guy in the running. It's possible you ovulated cycle day 11, three days earlier than standard, but since the ultrasounds were not very early, I am inclined to think they simply show a baby a little larger than average.

If it was the 28/29, I can visualize him ejaculating in foreplay, wiping off before he entered, but leaving enough semen in his urethra to cause pregnancy. To be absolutely certain a paternity test will be necessary. If I had to put money on it I would bet on the boyfriend.

I asked my OGBYN what is the possible day of conception which is also indicated as the day i ovulated when i told her that they said my due date is December 26 and she said it will most likely be April 4 so considering that is my firsr ultrasound said my due date is December 25 i was thinking my conception date could've been April 3

I honestly think its my boyfriends own but im just not sure. Because the guy i did it with the 28 and 29 didnt ejaculate before but he ejaculated when he came outside and the second day he didnt ejaculate at all

Hi, nicey, do you have regular cycles of 28 days? If not, how long are they? And did you get an ultrasound yet? If so, when, and what did they say regarding your due date?

I had my first Ultrasound July 6, 2018 and she my due date will most likely be December 25. Then I had another ultrasound done August 7, 2018 and she said my due date is more than likely to be December 26. The guy that I did it with the 28 and 29 also claimed he wiped before he entered. My cycle was somewhat kind of off since an incident that occurred last year. But my cycle is normally 28 days long no less than that

I also think my first Ultrasound was wrong because i give her the wrong date i got my LMP

If you have a 28 day cycle, ovulation is most likely cycle day 14, here April 4th. Unprotected sex from 5 days before to one day after ovulation can result in pregnancy. On this basis the boyfriend could be the father, especially if you sometimes have a cycle a day or few longer than 28. He also nutted inside, which greatly increases his chances.

The March 28/29 guy has a much reduced chance since he pulled out and anyway was further away from ovulation. You don't say who you were with April 2nd. The Guiness story comes under fake news, but since he also pulled out the chances are somewhat reduced even though he was closer to ovulation.
