I'd go with the 12th also for the same reason. An early ultrasound beats all else for precision.
So I Spoke To A Nurse At My Doctor Office She Said That By My Mentstrual My Due Date Is Sept 4 But When They Measured My Baby On Jan 15 They Got Sept 12 And When I Got An U/s Done In April It Was Sept 10 So Theyre Gonna Stick With Sept 12 Because That Was The Early One
You have found an implantation quiz online and that makes you sure. OK, go with it. An embryo can implant any time from 5 days to up to 12 days after the egg is fertilized. My thought is that if you have information from a 5w5d ultrasound in hand, that is the information to go with.
Implantation bleeding is one of several typical pregnancy symptoms and pregnancy signs. Implantation usually happens around 6-12 days after ovulation and fertilization.
Take the Implantation/Spotting Quiz and find out in 60 seconds or less if it's implantation
Signs of implantation as a possible pregnancy sign and pregnancy symptom include:
Implantation cramps: Light cramps inside the uterus.
Implantation spotting or bleeding: Short, brief spotting (a couple of drops of light or dark blood).
A second temperature shift on the temperature curve.
A temperature dip at about 7-10 days after ovulation.
Spotting Or Bleeding Light Or Dark Blood So How Could That Be From Something Else I Hadd Spoting On The 29th Woke Up The 30 Ntn There And Hadd Cramps For Like A Week Or So
That could be from other things; most women do not bleed when implantation occurs, and cramping happens in early pregnancy a lot. Many or most women (even ones who are watching and hoping and trying) get no signal of implantation ... the embryo at that stage is smaller than the dot on the i in this sentence, and simply burrows into the uterine lining with no fuss nor muss. I wouldn't rely on the assumption that you had implantation on the 29th in your analysis. However, you still had an ultrasound that said you were 5 weeks 5 days gestational age on a certain date, and that is enough by itself.
Because Correct Me If Im Wrong But Implantation Is When You Bleed Light Pink And Have Cramping??
An ultrasound in your fifth week would not be off by a week. The nurses are mistaken if they do not take the earliness of the ultrasound into account. An ultrasound after your 12th week could be off by that much, or by a few days, but not one as early as 5w5d.
ps -- Why do you think you had implantation on the 29th? It is almost impossible for a doctor with a microscope in the uterus to know when you implanted, much less the woman herself.
My Doctor Is Sayn The 12th But The Nurses Is Sayn The 4th They Said Because Its A 7 Day Difference And Sometimes The U/s Can Be Off But If I Got Pregnant From The 7th When I Took A Test On Dec31 It Wouldve Came Out Positive Instead Of Negative Right?? And I Wouldve Hadd Implantation Way Before I Did I Hadd Implantation Dec 29th And Didnt Find Out I Was Positive Til Jan 3 And When They Did Stomach And Vaginal u/s On The 4th Of Jan They Didnt See Anything But When I Went On The 15th Of Jan And Got Another U/s Done It Showed The Baby And Thats How They Got 5weeks And 5 Days
If your due date is September 12 by early ultrasound, most doctors will use that over a due date based on the first day of your last period. I don't know why yours does not, unless he doesn't think you care (i.e., assumes you don't have a paternity question to solve). Ovulation can be early or late compared to average in a given woman, so that is why (if they have an early ultrasound) they go with the actual measurements of the baby rather than a standardized assumption of two weeks from period to ovulation, to date the pregnancy.
I can see why it would be annoying, since for a due date of September 4, the conception calculator gives a probable date of ovulation of December 12. That is pretty close to December 7. But, you had an ultrasound at 5w5d and that ultrasound gave you the due date of September 12, this moves your most likely conception date to December 20. And of course, your pregnancy test did not show positive very early. Most of your evidence (except your doctor continuing to keep the due date in your charts that is based on the first day of your last period), points to your boyfriend and not the person from December 7. You should probably get a DNA test once the baby is born, just to put the question to rest forever. If you feel like it, ask the doctor why he is using an old due date based on first day of LMP instead of the due date provided by the ultrasound at 5w5d, which would be more accurate. Maybe he has a reason, or maybe he just doesn't know how close you are cutting it with two candidates for dad, and that you really would like to be specific to the day.
Hey Doctor Goes By Sept 4 As My Due Date Even Tho The U/s Said Sept 12 They Said Because Its Only 7 Days Apart Wat Does That Mean I Dont Get It
I Didnt Say I Concieved On Dec 29 I Said I Hadd IMPLANTATION On The 29th Hun
If you had an ultrasound on January 15 and were 5 weeks 5 days, you were likely to have conceived around December 20, not December 29. My bet is that the guy from December 7 has nothing to do with anything.
I Hadd Implantation Dec29 And When I Took A Test Dec 31 It Was Negative But When I Went On Jan 4 It Was Positive But When They Did My Ultrasound Ntn Showed Up So I Went Back Jan 15 And Hadd An Ultrasound Done And There The Baby Was And I Was 5weeks And 5 Days
What Are You Having??
Your ex because my conception date by ultrasound is December 20th and my due date is also Sept. 12th but according to my lmp its Aug. 30th and my lmp was Nov. 23. Hope this helps
btw if I had to make a GUESS I would say that you probably got pregnant on the 19th since that would be close to when you should ovulated... but a DNA test is definetly the only way to be 100% sure
My due date was September 4th with my daughter who is almost 5 & I know I got pregnant on December 14th. So idk if that helps any or not lol
The dates are too close its better if u get a dna test. Sorry
Sorry hun either guy could easily be the father :/
