What was the first day of your last period, the one that came in late May or early June?

Did you continue to have sex with your 10-year partner all through June?

If the only sex with the stepping-out guy was May 24/25 (and then you had a period), and then only June 25th, it sounds like your regular partner is the dad if you kept having sex with him. This is because if you genuinely didn't have any other sex with Mr. Stepping Out until the 25th and got a positive on a home pregnancy test on the 28th, that's too soon for a home test to show a pregnancy. (Three days after sex is too soon.)

As RockRose has asked, how did you get the due date? If you had an ultrasound, that would be more helpful than if the doctor just used a little cardboard wheel and based the count on your report of when your last period came.

I had a ultrasound done on July 29th as of 7weeks 3days
My period started in later may an ended in early June,an yes correct only intercourse for so on with my 10 year partner
Which did you get straight from the doctor after the ultrasound -- the count of 7 weeks 3 days, the due date, or both things? Were any of these given to you before your ultrasound?
The ultrasound first at er once I went to my doctor I gave them the due date the hospital gave me an she said everything looked like to be right on track for March 14th
If the only information about March 14 being the due date was from an ultrasound done at an ER, no wonder. ER's are not in the business of doing everything with so much exactness and precision that you can count on their estimates to be perfect to the exact day. (It was, however, accurate enough to rule out the sex on May 24/5. The baby would have been much bigger if so. Besides, you had that period after the sex.)
Another possibility is that you simply came up with a positive on a pregnancy test a bit earlier than usual.

Anyway, the baby sounds like it came from the relationship guy, with conception possibly somewhere around June 14-18 or so. The period and the baby's size on the ultrasound rule out the sex on May 24/25 as having produced the pregnancy, and the fact that the second time with the other guy was only three days before your positive pregnancy test rules out the sex on June 25.
Thank you for putting my mind at ease my obgyn decided to stick to the date the er gave me .

This is a little confusing.  Was your due date determined by an early sonogram,  or by menstrual cycles?  If you're due on March 14,  that means your baby was conceived around June 21 - which doesn't usually allow for enough time for you to have a positive pregnancy test just 7 days later.

What is the basis for your due date?

Yes I had a early ultrasound on July 29th I was at 7weeks 3days
I’m just a little confused because the positive test was on June 28th so I’m not understanding how I conceived on the 21.. I’ve asked my doctor to explain this to me but she shrugged my question off really
