Should I be concerned? Is a paternity test needed?

LMP Feb 2-6. I had unprotected sex during my period and the day after it ended with guy A
I had protected sex with guy B on Feb 9. I ended up hooking up with guy A, unprotected when I was drunk feb 10. My ovulation period according to an app I use started the 13 of feb and lasted until about the 21. During this ovulation period I had sex with Guy A on the 16 and 17. I ended up missing my period come March. When I went to the doctor on March 9 I was measuring at 4 weeks and 3 days  and had a due date of Nov 10. A few weeks later when I went to a sonogram appointment At a different OB’s office on May 7, they ended up changing my due date from Nov 10 to Nov 4. And said I was measuring farther than they had thought. I was now at 14 weeks and 1 day. Since that change it’s made me a little weary about the possibility of who the father could be. I know changing the due date doesn’t mean conception date is changed but for peace of mind I’m just asking if anyone thinks I should be worried and need a paternity test. I’ve done multiple conception calculators online and many are pointing that I conceived for sure during my ovulation week back in February which I would assume would lead to Guy A. Any advice??

The probability is way highest for pregnancy from sex Feb 16th. Do you remember your sex drive was particularly high, an indication of ovulation? Feb 9th was too early in the month to have much of a chance of success. You must be 37 weeks by now. Best of luck.

By all means, do a DNA test when the baby is born. Guy A had a lot of chances, especially since the sex was unprotected, but the app and the second ultrasound keep Guy B in the picture (if the protection did not in fact protect). The best way to know for sure is to do a DNA test when the baby is born, with both men.

Would you say so even if Guy B didn’t even finish?
You said the guy and you had "protected" sex. Was the "protection" merely the fact that he didn't finish? If so, I'd say yes, get the test. If a guy can get an erection, he can have pre-ejaculatory fluid. This fluid (depending on circumstances) can have sperm in it, and can ooze out during sex even if he pulls out before ejaculating.

If you and Guy B used a condom and it had no mishaps, and he also did not ejaculate, then Guy A's chances look pretty strong. Your problem is, you had sex with two guys in the same cycle, and some of your medical evidence names the time period in which you had sex with Guy B. In your shoes, I'd want to rule out the possibility even if it seems slim, just so you'll never have to wonder again.
