Pain in back of knee/thigh

Hi I’m a 37 year old female overweight. I sit at a desk for work. But active when not working

Recently the back of my leg started to hurt it’s sorta upper back of knee and lower back of thigh . It hurts mostly when I first start walking. Once my leg warms up it hurts less. Example I hiked today it was sore at first after a bit it was fine I could feel it but better then rested for a bit started walking again it hurt all over again

Laying down feels fine I’m sitting now I can tell my leg is sore but not bad

Online is confusing. I cannot tell if this sounds like muscle or tendon issue or a clot. I’m petrified. I don’t have a doctor and my husband thinks I’m overreacting
