13 yes and 8 years after 2 cervical fusions

I have had severe sleeping problems since my 2nd surgery in 2010. Over the last few years I will wake up about every 20 -30 min with my arm and neck hurting and my hand numb. I roll over and the same thing happens. Between that and shift work I will go 3-5 days with no sleep. Then I started blacking out driving. I am currently seeing every doctor I can. I quit my shift job. But my neck is holding me back. I can't turn to look when driving in traffic. I can't even screw in a light bulb if it's over my head. I don't seem to be able to do anything when I elbows break parallel. I have to drive with my hands under the steering wheel. Can't shiver or old something over my shoulder without causing severe pain. Any help?
