I had 5 teeth out the other day and I am still in a lot of pain, and the swelling doesnt seem to be going down. I take Ipropen 4 times a day and rinse with salt water 5 times a day too. I am staring to get migraines and feeling tired all the time as I'm in pain, can anyone tell me how long this will last? As I start new job next week and want it to go by then x
This sounds like the sockets could have become infected. This is known as dry socket. This is very painful and requires full cleaning out of the sockets and possibly antibiotics.
It would be recommended to go back to your Dentist to have this condition treated as left alone it will just progress.
