Dry socket

Hi, i had my tooth pulled on the 30 December 2020. On the following su day the socket was dry and severe painful, went back to the dentist she cleaned my socket again said tje clot witj reform.. It didn't reform my soccket is clean and today i feel less pain than i did monday, problem is i have been viewing my gum ln the mirror the shallowness of my gum especially on the sides from inside next the the toung and outside next to my cheek, the gum meat has gone further down to expose my jaw bone, i am experiencing slight pain on my jaw and ear now. Is this part of a healing process or should i be worried?
