Ear Ringing, Head Stuffiness, Dizziness, Sore Jaw after dental work

Hello and thank everyone for your help already.  I live in China and 3 years ago I have 2 root canals and 2 new crowns placed on both my left and my right top sides.   These were my 4th crowns altogether as I wasn't very good with my teeth as a kid.  About a couple weeks after my crowns were put in I began to hear a "tv like" ear ringing sound in my head when I went to sleep.  This was followed by jaw pain when I woke up as well as neck and shoulder pain, ear and head pressure and now worst of all, a vertigoesk sensation all day long.

Since then, I've been tested many times for full blood count, HIV and HEPC and B and have all come out clean.  NO MRIs in my head.  Do any of you think this is a dental issue?  Should I remove the crowns as I got the work done in China?  Is this TMJ?  I'm sick of feeling like this and I'm going to be a daddy this year.  I want to be healthy for my baby.

Your presentations  are consistent with part island symptoms of tmj. Removal of crowns may not resolve your symptoms. At present, the best treatment probably is occlusal appliance therapy or night guard. Seeing a competent tmj specialist is advised.

I would also add that at times I feel a battery style taste coming from my left side where the work was done.  I know all these symptoms must make no sense but I'd appreciate your help.
