Extreme tooth sensitivity pain and root canal, help!

I am 17 years old and recently had a root canal done on a tooth.  The dentist was baffled as to why the tooth was in such desperate need of a root canal, seeing as it was a "virgin" tooth.  I have always had great oral hygiene.  It has been weeks since the root canal and I am still having sensitivity pain, not only in that same area, but in many other areas, as well. I have celiac disease and feel that there could be a link between the celiac disease and my teeth sensitivity since I have other oral problems too, such as burning mouth syndrome and canker sores. I use sensodine toothpaste, but just since my root canal I am having such intense sensitivity in some of my teeth without even eating or drinking anything. I have heard celiac disease can prevent the body from absorbing calcium, so I was wondering if that could be a possible cause for all of my pain. I feel totally crazy, but I am going out of my mind because I seem to be in more pain every day.

Your descriptions suggest you probably have non-odontogenic toothache. Seeing an Orofacial pain specialist is advised.
