If all aspects of implant placement and prosthetic restoration are well done, implant may last life time.however, there are always complications associated with implants. Fortunately, most complications can be managed before too late. If you plan  to have implant placement, you probably need to consult an implantologist to evaluate your specific condition.

I need implants on all 6 of my upper teeth, but am hesitant to do it because they can't give me a guarantee that they will last, or even work. To me that isn't enough yet to justify such a major procedure, for something that might not even last.
