Inside of my mouth tingling?

Something really random happened yesterday. I had drank wine and 10 minutes later I brushed my teeth and all off a sudden random parts of the inside of my lip were sore when I ran my tongue over them, almost like the start of an ulcer? I started panicking and then literally the whole inside area of my mouth start tingling, almost burning. It was so strange, because I went to sleep and now I've woken up and all them sensations have gone. What do you think that could have been?
