Is trench mouth contagious? Trend mouth treatment

Hi, I'm 25 and have recently been diagnosed by my dentist as having necrosis of the gums dup to my immune system being low, I was given antibiotics whigh took care of the problem at the time but it's recently come back with a vengeance the pain is very intense and even with ibuprofen and paracetamolecular I can still feel my gums burning and stabbing pains. I have some questions, I never had this issue before I turned 25 and I brush with corsodyl daily toothpaste and use corsodyl mouthwash twice a day also flossing with peppermint and tea tree oil, why is my mouth bacteria so imbalanced? Could I have ano autoimmune disease and if so how do I find out? How do I treat my painful gums? Can I cure this? And could I have caught this from kissing somebody because it only started happening about 5 months ago after I went on a date with someone.
