Lump on hard palate

I have had a lump on the roof of my mouth on the hard palate for around 2 years. I’m a male and currently 22 years old. It’s never caused me any pain or done any harm. I don’t believe that it has grown either. The middle of my hard palate feels as though there is a bony lump there, and then it also feels as though there is a small lump to the right of it, on the right side of the hard palate as well. I can always feel the lump with my tongue. I’ve tired to see if I can notice it when I look in my mouth but nothing is abnormal. I can’t tell if the lump in the middle are connected or if they are separate lumps.
