Your profile says you are 21. Are you, in some way, a professional? My teeth were always off-white. Always. No way to make them neon bright. Also, you do not seem to speak English as a first language. Lemon peel should never be used for teeth; ditto, the other abrasive things you mention. If someone wants to  whiten teeth beyond thorough cleaning, one will have to crown or cap her/his teeth.

Please, please don't be using lemon juice/peel (or any type of acidic stuff)...hell even hydrogen peroxide.
If you do want to have whiter teeth either buy over the counter products or talk to your dentist about either having this done in the office or have have tray made, so you can do it yourself at home. All the these free and cheap remedies will actually do more harm than good in the long run.

You need to be careful because baking soda is very abrasive as is lemon juice.  Some people's teeth will never be real white, it's just their natural color. Everyone is better off using a good whitening toothpaste and the whitening strips work well, but again they will only whiten your teeth to their natural color.
