Problem with dental implants

I had two dental implants put in two weeks ago and i have since been suffering from numbness to one side of my face and it feels like my ear is blocked, it also feels sore around my sinuses and i have a lot of pressure around my forehead. I had a CT scan done and they have confirmed that the implants are not touching the sinuses or do i have a fracture. I then returned to the dentists and he said that i was allergic to the stitches so he took them out but all of the symtoms are still there.  I'm really worried that if i don't find out what the problem is soon it may have worse affects in the future. Can someone help?

If ENT physician can not identify structural pathology, possible cause of your symptom is maxillary nerve injury. Nutritional supplements may help nerve healing, which regimen as follows:
vitamin  B1, B6,B12, folic acid, omega-3 fatty acid( fish oil)
Pharmacologic management: amitriptyline and/or gabapentin
You may need to see a neurologist or Orofacial pain specialist who is experienced in managing traumatic trigeminal nerve injuries.
