Severe tongue pain with bleeding

I recently had to go to the ER because of an oral abscess on the lower right side of my lower jaw bone. I was put on penacyllin 500 mg 4x daily after they refused to drain it. The abscess was over 2" x 2" and wrapped around beneath the bone down my neck and up the bone to my right ear. Now my tongue has very red areas on it, it bleeds and is so pain full that drinking water causes excrutiating pain. I also just noticed that I have an ulcer type sore on the upper jaw on the left side. I have no idea what this is, just want the pain to end! I have only eaten very small amounts f food since Thursday the 12th, do I even need to say that I am starving! Please if anyone knows what this is or nows something that might help, let me know. Very desperate floor help.

Unfortunately you're going to need to go see your dentist or a primary care physician to get it taken care of.  It sounds like the antibiotics aren't working or aren't controlling the infection enough.  You may need a stronger antibiotic.

Yes.  Go see a doctor as soon as possible.  Its possible the infection is continuing to spread with the antibiotics in place.

Thank you very much! It is starting to scare me, in the last hour another sore appeared in my mouth. This time on the inside of my left cheek. And my tongue hurts a lot worse than it did earlier.
