it sounds like you are sensitive to the cinnamon in it and it's burning your tongue. A way to find out, might be to find other products with a matching ingredient and see if you have the same problem. Process of elimination if you want to find out, but I just think it's the cinnamon.
The thing is--its only the sides of my tounge, its like the taste buds are peeling off the sides of my tounge. I tried to brushed my tounge but it only irritated it. Today I tried to drink water and it bugged the **** out of the sides of my tounge, for about a week now I haven't been able to eat anything or let it touch my tounge when I eat.
The same thing happens to me when I chew Big Red. I don't know why, but I do know that I'm not chewing it any more. What's the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results...for me anyway.
