Two dentists, two different diagnoses

I have been seeing a dentist for almost two years. One year ago, she told me that I had to pull a tooth. Six months later, she told me that I don't need to pull it. Six months after that, she told me I definitely need to pull it.

I went to get a 2nd opinion and the other dentist vaguely told me to wait and see it it hurts.

I started seeing another dentist, as she contracts with my insurance company. I told her about the tooth and she didn't seem to think it was important. She said that I need to replace my two front teeth - which the first dentist didn't say anything about at all. This really concerns me.
