White and yellow palate, white patches help!

Well, I seriously need some help here :s (I'm 20 years old)
The doctor clinic is closed - and .. well, my mouth is getting pretty weird.

The roof of my gums is incredibly white, the soft palate is turning yellow, and i've got small white patches on the inner side of the cheek, and many big areas of white patches longer further in the mouth (It looks swollen, redish, white patches many places and the veins are very easy to spot)
It's also filled with red and white pimpols on the palates and inner cheek and in the back. It's pretty disgusting frankly!

Now, I've got a dead tooth. (Most likely from playing with tounge piercing) And the gums around the tooth have moved a bit.
My front tooth is looser (It's been just a tiny bit loose for few years but now it's worse) And the gum pocket around it is a big bigger that at the other.
I've been having a sudden pain from jaws to ears, and also a sudden pain in ears only.

I've been so stressed lately, that has caused pain in chest and stuff, but I'm unsure it's related. So I've smoke more than usually last few months because of the stress, but I've cut back from 20-30 cigarettes per day to around 15..

It does not hurt swallowing at all, but it feels like there is something there - I started to have pain in the sides on top of the throat, and inside the throat in the top.

Does somebody have an idea what it could be?!

Hello,

Keeping teeth in top shape and white is not an easy task. But anyone can easily maintain terrific teeth by following the right steps for them my sherwood park dentists suggested me some tips for it such as analyze diet, brush teeth twice a day, floss teeth, get a power toothbrush, drink plenty of water frequently and more doing this we can maintain our teeth whiteness.

My tongue started burning a couple of weeks ago. I saw I had white patches on and under my tongue, also on the walls of the mouth. My dermatologist said it was candidiasis and gave me a gel to put in the mouth, After two days it had done nothing and i was burning worse. I stopped using it and went to another doctor who asked me for blood and urine tests. Now my palate is burning much worse than my tongue. It looks yellow with small red dots. I'm seriously freaking out. I've got appointment for tests tomorrow. Please, tell me what happened to you.

Hey :)
My doctor told me that it was due the stress and smoking, and my dentist told me that my mouth was fine except that i probably bite my teeth while sleeping causing a loose tooth and sore. And my normal doctor and another listened to my heart and lungs and didn't find anything. The white patches suddenly disappeared but my glands are still a bit swollen and hurt a bit. The doctors couldn't feel anything wrong with them though.

Lately I've been experiencing more pain when breathing (different from the stress pain i get in my chest) and my toe and finger joints are feeling stiff (also fingers on both hands). My left arm is also getting more heavy, and it feels like the tendonds are "stiff/misplaced) and my wrists and thumbs also hurt and get stiff.

I'm going to see ear.neck and nose doctor in two weeks, as my something in my nose starts stinging when i breath and pressure comes in nose and up to the eye area, and ears hurt and I've experienced pain going from jaw to ears. I'm only 20, so it's kind of weird that I'm experiencing that :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello there,
A clinical examination is very necessary for correct diagnosis and management of your condition. It is possible that these are sores. Smoking is a common cause of sores on the palate. Hormonal changes, stress are few other causes of sores.Candidial yeast infection, medications, salivary gland inflammation, Fordyce granules are few other causes. White spots on gums may be a cyst which is a small pocket filled with fluid. White spots on gums can be due to leukoplakia which causes the development of white patches on the mucus membranes. These are only a few possibilities. A correct diagnosis is important for management of your symptoms. See a dentist. Keep me posted.
Best luck and regards!
