White patches in gum

I noticed a white patch in my left gum two months ago and consulted a dentist. He was unconcerned and recommended for cleaning my teeth, which I did. I consulted to oral surgeon, and he performed scalpel incision of gum for biopsy about 25 days ago. The biopsy report indicated no major issues. My gum is almost healed but it is still swollen (even after 25 days of surgery). There is also relapses of white patches in gum. I am very concerned and worried.

I would like to hear your experience and suggestion for further actions.
