constant dry mouth and bad breath

Hello, this has been going on for almost a year now, I have really just been too busy to do much about it,
I have tried different gums, mouth washes for dry mouths, tooth paste, all are just a temporary fix, 20 min
later I have the same bad breath again, I constantly need to swallow because I have a dry mouth, but I think its been so long that I don't notice it much anymore.

I will try not to talk close to people because of my breath, it is getting quite frustrating.

When I do some exercise, say running, sometimes there is a foul taste in my mouth, almost like a poo taste.- not all the time though. I have no idea what it could be. any replies would be great!

thank you.

You need to take extra care about eating. Check with your dentist & take an appropriate solution on that. Otherwise, it causes other health problems.

I agree with Caryopteris. From the look of it, something like cavity teeth is highly possible in your case. My friend had the same problem, and apparently she had this tiny hole in one of her molars, and when the dentist drilled it, there's a hole INSIDE the teeth. That place was filled with bacteria and that is probably what you're having.
But for clearer solutions, just visit your dentist.

See your dentist for a cleaning and exam.  You may have a cavity or a pocket in your gums that needs attention.
