horrible shooting pain

Hi guys!
I actually work at a dental office and today my very last upper right tooth started feeling a little weird so of coarse i kept running my tongue over it. Eventually the feeling started becoming more of a distinctive feeling.... PAIN! So, the dentist had already left for the day when i decided that it was too painful to bare. they did one PA on my upper right side and the tooth that is hurting has its root tip inside my nasal cavity. The dental assistant that took the x-rays says that she really cant see anything else wrong with the tooth as far as a cavity or anything she had been trained to detect in the PA. Not even an hour later I am sitting at home when the pain starts shooting up my face in to my eye. This pain is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst pain that i have ever been in. I honestly want to shoot my self in the head it hurts to bad (yeah...thats how bad it is). I know that since i work at a dental office i should know the tooth number, but i have only been working there for 2 weeks. So just bare with me. Im sorry. I really hope that someone cam help me with this right now as opposed to having to wait until tomorrow morning at work. This pain is more thn i can take all night long. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, and i have been crying my eyes out b/c of this pain.... PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR BEST GUESS OR AT LEAST LET ME KNOW WHAT I  CAN DO TO LESSEN THE PAIN JUST UNTIL TOMORROW

Ok, if you have clove, preferably ground clove (if not take whole clove and smash it up as good as you can), you want about a teaspoon of clove. Get some toothpaste about the size of a dime, then mash the clove and toothpaste together until they are blended completely. Then take that and put it into where the area of pain is. Try your hardest to know mess with it, or put water, saliva, or anything else wet on it. You want it to basically bond with the gum and tooth. Let it work it's magic. If you have to spit, please do not swallow and just spit into a sink, toilet, trash whatever. Clove is not dangerous in that amount to swallow, but it's unpleasant. After about 15 minutes, it should really really help with the pain.

Good luck till tomorrow.
