molar pain

I had my lower last molar removed a couple of month ago with no complications.
Yesterday morning the 2 molars next to the extraction reacted painfully to yogurt.
I am not sure if this is related to the extraction.  Maybe from the teeth moving?
I also feel slight pain when i bite down on these teeth.  Then last night I had a frozen creme puff, and afterwards I wanted to tear my teeth out because of the throbbing pain.

Probably not.  Best to check with your dentist to figure out whats wrong exactly.  Could be a cavity or some gum problem.

Meanwhile, obviously try to avoid eating on that side or having any cold foods/drinks.  If its safe for you, some over the counter pain medication should help with any discomfort while you wait to see your dentist.

Best wishes.
