Right tonsil swollen with yellow balls or lumps that smell foul.
What causes yellow balls or lumps in the back of your throat? and what can you do to stop them from returning?

Hi,
These could also be what is called "tonsil stones".  Seeing your dentist for a proper diagnosis is advised though.

This does not sounds like a dental problem but, tonsillitis. See your family Dr. He may want to treat you with antibiotics.
