pain after temporary crown

i had my front upper  tooth grinded for a new crown,first i had a root canat than the next day dentist grinded it and on 4th day he put on a new crown,but wen i went bacj=k home with a crown ,next mornning i wake up with sore crown tooth and pain i n my whole jaw,i thought its temoray but with two days passed it was still there,i went back to dentist and he told me bcoz the gum had not healed ,we shud take off the crown and put it back wen it will heal,

while taking off the crown my grinded teeth was broken nad root canal came out,i got panic.what u have done ,on which he took me to endodontist where they told me tht i got infection in root canal and did the roor canal again with endodontist who looked like an experienced guy,who told me my gums were very swollen and now they ll pout crown wen it will heal

i  took the antibiotic,pain killer,with which i was fime ,but ws feeling little uncomfortable and sensitivity wen it was medication timebut  after pain killer all discomfort go,today after 5 days my dentist call mt to leave medicine to see how it is doiing without it,and now its midnight my temporary crown is feeling like fter u take bite of cold icecream thts is wat it is feeling nad a bit of pain where rtc is done,it feels little tightin temporary crown,and wen  i touch it it give me little pain too..the pain is not like i cant bear it but it is uncomfortable,wat cud be the reason,if my dentist is not experiences enough,shud i get another opinion,

Sometimes it requires a few weeks for the area to completely heal after a root canal.  I would recommend continuing with the pain medication and antibiotics and keep an eye on your pain.  If it gradually improves over time, I would wait until the area is completely healed before beginning the crown.  If it doesn't get any better, I would go back to your dentist to get the temporary crown adjusted.
